Pura is conveniently located in a beautiful protected ecological zone, equally 5 minutes from the pristine Tulum beach, the vibrant center of Tulum, and the sustainable academic Green School near the new beach road, Kulkulkan. A short drive south of Pura is the beautiful reserve of Sian Ka’an.

This home is one of 11 houses designed following bioclimatic principles corresponding to the warm, humid climate of the region. In its design, the patterns of the sun and the movement of the wind have been considered. The water cycle in a Pura house nurtures the land, the gardens, and the home; keeping the water-table healthy. Solar orientation protects the spaces from when the sun is at its strongest. The 11 Residences and 1 Pura Community House are interwoven with gardens and trees from the region.

Pura’s homes are turnkey, meaning they provide interior design options that are authentic, beautiful and allow you to enjoy each space to the fullest. All elements are carefully selected by our designers, who consciously choose organic, natural materials to blend harmoniously with the soft architectural design and nature surrounding Pura.

Every house is designed towards the interior of its own atmosphere which allows it to have intimacy. At the same time the rear is oriented towards the palm and bush gardens, allowing a connection with nature. The houses connect between themselves through their gardens’ double doors. These door can be opened or closed freely, able to adapt to the different moments a community has.

A poca distancia al sur de Pura se encuentra la hermosa reserva de Sian Ka’an.

Esta casa es una de 11 casas diseñadas siguiendo principios bioclimáticos correspondientes al clima cálido y húmedo de la región. En su diseño se han considerado los patrones del sol y el movimiento del viento. El ciclo del agua en una casa Pura nutre la tierra, los jardines y el hogar; manteniendo el nivel freático saludable. La orientación solar protege los espacios de cuando el sol está más fuerte. Las 11 Residencias y 1 Casa Comunitaria Pura están entretejidas con jardines y árboles de la región.

Las casas de Pura son llave en mano, lo que significa que brindan opciones de diseño de interiores auténticas, hermosas y que le permiten disfrutar al máximo de cada espacio. Todos los elementos son cuidadosamente seleccionados por nuestros diseñadores, quienes eligen conscientemente materiales orgánicos y naturales para combinar armoniosamente con el diseño arquitectónico suave y la naturaleza que rodea a Pura.

Cada casa está diseñada hacia el interior de una atmósfera propia que le permite tener intimidad. Al mismo tiempo, la parte trasera está orientada hacia los jardines de palmeras y arbustos, lo que permite una conexión con la naturaleza. Las casas se conectan entre sí a través de las puertas dobles de sus jardines. Estas puertas pueden abrirse o cerrarse libremente, pudiendo adaptarse a los diferentes momentos que vive una comunidad.
