About Mike Martin

Mike Martin was born and raised in the west end of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
He started buying, fixing, and flipping properties at a young age with a few friends so he is no stranger to real estate. His passions growing up in Toronto were playing hockey, music, and animals.
After earning a degree in special education, he worked with special needs kids for many years in the Toronto area specializing in autism. Relocating his family from Toronto to Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada in 1995 to escape the brutal, cold Ontario winters.
He decided to become a realtor and got his residential and commercial real estate licenses for British Columbia. Mike practiced real estate on Vancouver Island successfully for several years, winning an MLS award for a top producer every year.
Mike vacationed in Riviera Maya Mexico every year due to the limitless number of activities the area has to offer. He noticed the areas growth year after year and the potential to be successful in Real Estate.
A friend of Mike’s bought a condo in Puerto Aventuras. Mike and his family visited and fell in love with the community. Soon after they made the decision relocate from Canada.
Mike joined the Mayan Mansions team because their customers always come first, and they have the client’s best interest at heart. Mayan Mansions turn dreams into reality one investment at a time and have been successful serving clients in the Riviera Maya for over 25 years.
